About these terms

The website cleza.in is owned and operated by CLEZA ("CLEZA", "we", "us"), Haryana, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, shipping policy and cancellation and refund policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Our products

  • Bottle images on the website are illustrations. Actual bottles and packaging may look slightly different.
  • Fragrance notes, longevity and projection are described as accurately as possible, but every perfume smells a little different on each person's skin and in different weather.
  • Our perfumes are for external use only. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, avoid contact with eyes, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
  • Perfume is flammable. Keep bottles away from flames, heat and the reach of children.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Prices and offers may change without notice, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
  • You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets) or choose cash on delivery.

Orders

An order is confirmed once we send you an order reference. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price shown was clearly wrong, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

Our products are sold for personal use. We may limit the quantity per order and decline orders that appear to be for resale.

Offers and coupon codes

  • Only one coupon code can be used per order, and codes can't be exchanged for cash.
  • Each offer has its own conditions, and we may change or end an offer at any time.
  • We may cancel orders that misuse an offer, for example through multiple fake accounts.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our shipping policy and cancellation and refund policy.

Intellectual property

The CLEZA name and logo, product names, designs, photos and text on this website belong to us. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

Using the website

Please don't misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, place fake orders, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the date it was last updated.
